What is SOUNDBOKS Battery Swap?

A pre-bookable service that lets you swap drained SOUNDBOKS Gen4 batteries for fully charged ones at Volt Recharge Zones during the festival.

• If you already own a SOUNDBOKS Gen4 battery, you can use it directly.
• If not, you can rent or purchase one on-site as part of the service.
  

Important: SOUNDBOKS Gen1–3 batteries are not compatible with Battery Swap. Please use the Hand-in Charging service for these models instead.

How it works

1. Pre-book the SOUNDBOKS Battery Swap package online before the festival
2. Pick up your SOUNDBOKS Gen4 battery (own, rented, or purchased) at any Volt Recharge Zone
3. Swap your drained SOUNDBOKS Gen4 battery for a fully charged one, up to the number included in your pre-booked package
4. Return rented batteries at the end of the festival for a deposit refund, or keep the battery and leave the deposit with us

Pick-up & access

• Battery Swaps are available at all Volt Recharge Zones during festival opening hours
• If you use your own SOUNDBOKS Gen4 battery, your first swap is counted when you hand it in
• If you rent or purchase a battery, the first swap is counted after the battery is returned the first time
