Running low on power doesn’t have to kill the vibe. Pre-book Hand-in Charging to keep your SOUNDBOKS Gen1–3 battery, your phone, powerbank, or other personal device charged throughout the festival. Just drop it off and pick it up fully charged.

Powerbank size definitions

Powerbank Small: up to 10,000 mAh
Powerbank Large: 10,000 mAh or more

When is this useful?

Hand-in Charging is ideal if you’re using a SOUNDBOKS Gen1–3 battery and want to recharge it during the festival, or if you want to charge your own phone, powerbank, or other personal device. It’s also a good fit if you prefer recharging your own gear instead of renting new batteries or using battery swap services.

How it works

1. Pre-book your Hand-in Charging package online before the festival
2. Bring your device or SOUNDBOKS Gen1–3 battery to any Volt Recharge Zone
3. Hand it in — we will safely store and charge it
4. Pick it up fully charged
5. Repeat up to the number of charges included in your package — each hand-in counts as one charge

Pick-up & access

• Hand-in Charging is available at all Volt Recharge Zones during festival opening hours.
• Charges are counted each time your battery or device is handed in for charging.
